As a Talent Specialist you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the performance management talent & Succession and employee engagement processes for our IHQ and NL populations. You will work closely with Global Talent the local L&D Manager and other HR stakeholders to help embed meaningful people practices that drive high performance and employee experience.
You will report to the TA/TM Manager IHQ & NL and be part of a collaborative highimpact team focused on both strategic development and operational delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who is in their midcareer in HR or talent eager to develop experience in core people processes and motivated to make a real difference to employee experience and development.
What Youll Do
- Support the planning and execution of the performance management cycle (objective setting midyear and yearend reviews).
- Support the planning and execution of the Talent & Succession processes.
- Coordinate communication training materials and resources to ensure managers and employees are equipped to engage in performance and development conversations.
- Collaborate with the L&D Manager to identify learning needs related to performance and engagement gathered from the business and HRBPs ensuring these are built into local L&D initiatives.
- Assist in the deployment of our employee engagement survey including logistics reporting and supporting followup actions with HR and leadership teams.
- Monitor engagement and performance data producing regular insights to support continuous improvement.
- Help streamline and maintain performance and engagement tools templates and systems.
- Support knowledge sharing and the embedding of best practices across teams countries and departments.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- A degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Solid years of experience in HR ideally within talent performance management or employee experience.
- A strong interest in how organizations support people performance and engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- An analytical mindset with confidence handling data and drawing insights.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to working with different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus but not required).
