Ready to shake things up Chill#08 isnt your typical caf bar were the local social hub in Canning Town known for our laidback vibe killer cocktails and topnotch service. Now were looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor whos got the passion leadership chops and energy to help us take it to the next level.
Youll lead the floor with confidence during service acting as the goto person for both the team and our guests.
Youll support the F&B Manager with stock management rota planning and keeping daily operations smooth.
Youll ensure high standards at all times from cleanliness to customer experience.
Youll train motivate and mentor the team to deliver brilliant service every day.
Youll handle guest feedback with care turning okay into amazing.
Qualifications :
Experience in a supervisory or team leader role in hospitality.
A handson guestfirst approach and a love for delivering great service.
Confident communication and leadership skills.
A passion for food drinks and creating memorable moments.
A calm problemsolver who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
