Job Description
- During your assignment you will support the global sales distribution management team.
- You will help the sales team in all tasks related to administrative activities.
- Preparing appointments for meetings conferences and global events as well as preparing management presentations in alignment with Country Units are part of your tasks.
- In addition you will communicate with customers and employees by email post or telephone.
- Last but not least you will organize and coordinate a global partner conference and support sales partners with marketing activities.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in the field of Business Administration Economics or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office; knowledge of human nature
- Personality and Working Practice: you are resilient flexible and able to multitask; you have a precise and analytical way of working with an eye for detail and excellent work organization as well as good time management skills
- Languages: fluent in English and German
Additional Information :
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV transcript of records enrollment certificate examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
