Job Description
- As Senior Legal Counsel for Purchasing and Logistics you will support our central purchasing units Mobility Solutions Purchasing Direct Materials (M/PU) and Global Business Services (GS) in all legal matters.
- In this position you will drive the negotiation of all types of agreements in the supply chain.
- You are also the leading legal support for strategic client projects e.g. development cooperations.
- As part of the operational client work your responsibility includes proactive risk management creative solutioning plus legal enablement and training of clients and peers.
Qualifications :
- Education: completed university studies in the field of law or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience as lawyer with indepth knowledge of and experience in contract law; you bring solid knowledge and experience in IT law and a good understanding of antitrust law
- Qualifications: law qualification in the bar of Germany
- Personality and Working Practice: you are a teamoriented professional with strong initiative excellent organizational skills and confident communication across all levels; you stay composed under pressure embrace innovation and agile ways of working and bring a professional sense of humor.
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English
*In accordance with our regulations the gross annual salary for this position is at least 117.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fullfilment of the companys eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your jobspecific experience. In addition you will receive a bonus based on the companys success as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
