This position is located in Bethesda Maryland Hybrid coming into the office three days per week. Relocation and Immigration support will not be provided for this position.

Advertising Solutions is TMobiles fastgrowing advertising technology business. It leverages highquality mobile data from the TMobile network that enables advertisers to build audience segments based on app ownership and usage insights. TMobile is bringing innovative solutions to the advertising space making more channels and better data accessible to advertisers of all kinds.

The Graphic Designer provides graphic design and visual communications for the Digital OutofHome team at TMobile. The work product from this position is used primarily to drive knowledge and expertise of the Digital OutofHome team around complex processes major client launches new product initiatives training and Uncarrier signature moves. At times this position is also responsible for creative writing or other written branding taglines or theming to accompany the graphic design. Responsible for supporting core team on all graphic design communication requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Graphic design: design and produce themed graphic elements to support frontline communications and training; work outputs include web email and printed resources.
  • Content writing for major initiative communications
  • Communication design for mobile platform
  • Branding of communications within guidelines and voice
  • Designing web user experience


Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelors Degree in Art Design or related field preferred (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Experience in Graphic Design Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills especially photo manipulation and advanced layers techniques. Required
  • Basic HTML and CSS experience. Preferred

    Base Pay Range: $57300 $103400

    Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
