We are looking for passionate and talented Software Development Engineer who has experience in building innovative mission critical highly scalable and complex applications & services. About the team
Team Westeros part of the Books Data Quality org within WW Books Demand is the guardian of critical catalog attributes such as book edition and language ensuring unparalleled data quality across Amazons global book catalog. Our work fuels innovative customerfacing features across multiple marketplaces worldwide and powers Amazons renowned worldwide book series experiences.

Team Link: 2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
3 years of noninternship professional software development experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
