Position
Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer) is currently accepting applications for aMaintenance & Operations Managerposition. Applications will be screened after the following filing deadlines at 5PM:

The Maintenance and Operations Manager under general direction oversees an operation and maintenance unit related to the conveyance of wastewater. Work of the unit includes pipeline cleaning repair and minor construction. This also includes underground service alert markings for the Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer).
Minimum Qualifications:
Two (2) years of fulltime supervisory experience involved with operation maintenance repair or construction of public or private utility infrastructure.
OR
Three (3) years of fulltime lead worker or supervisory experience involved with operation maintenance repair or construction of public or private utility infrastructure.
Note: Completion of 60 semester units or more (or 90 quarter units or more) at an accredited trade school junior college or university with a minimum of 30 semester units (or 45 quarter units) in mechanicalelectrical technology construction management civil engineering or other field closely related to the intent of the class may be substituted for one year of experience.
