ob Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Middle East Africa IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of ERP systems particularly SAP S/4 HANA and a deep knowledge of supply chain processes. This role will be instrumental in driving digitalization within the supply chain domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis: Conduct indepth analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Requirement Gathering: Elicit document and validate functional requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement effective IT solutions that support Supply Chain operations.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and perform test cases to ensure that implemented solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
- Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive documentation including user manuals training materials and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborator Management: Effectively communicate with collaborators at all levels encouraging positive relationships and addressing their concerns.
- ERP Expertise: Demonstrate indepth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA including its core modules and functionalities related to Supply Chain.
- Operations: Offer and assist with user training as needed encompassing root cause analysis incident management and process improvement
Skills Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst preferably in a supply chain domain.
- Expertise in ERP systems particularly SAP S/4 HANA.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes including procurement inventory management production planning and logistics.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g. Visio).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
