Job Description

As a Lease Operations Specialist you will be at the heart of our leasing operations ensuring that all transactions and customer interactions are handled with the highest level of precision and professionalism. You will support our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing critical operational tasks and collaborating with various internal teams and external clients.

This role offers you the unique opportunity to engage directly with both highlevel stakeholders and external clients providing a comprehensive exposure to the financial operations of a thriving company. You will gain invaluable experience in managing multifaceted transactions and enhancing your problemsolving capabilities in a dynamic fastpaced environment.

  • Perform timely and accurate management of backoffice transactions including recording transactions in financial management systems.
  • Assist in maintaining daytoday account operations while ensuring quality and compliance with all applicable standards.
  • Handle data entry tasks and client account modifications according to established policies and procedures.
  • Provide direct support to external clients by resolving inquiries and issues through phone communication.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to streamline the client onboarding process and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and address customer service requests and perform research to resolve client issues satisfactorily via email.
  • Maintain strict adherence to operational guidelines and procedures.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma with at least two years of experience in an operations backoffice setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers team members and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail with superior organizational skills.
  • Proven problemsolving skills with the ability to manage complex transactions under tight deadlines.
  • Sound judgement and decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Previous experience in equipment finance commercial working capital or banking industries is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM and financial management systems such as Salesforce Fiserv Oracle or SAP is a plus.
