The Fleet Preparation & Maintenance team is looking for a colleague as Operations Agent for the correct management of infleet and defleet ensuring the preparation and tuning of the vehicle and guaranteeing excellent customer service.

Tasks
What functions would you perform
- Fleet logistics: movement of rows in our yard spaces.
- B2B vehicle lots (not destined for RAC): MXP has served and serves on several occasions as a facility for unloading storage commissioning collection and inventory of documentation first and second keys shipments to the agency and loads to carriers to end customers.
- Delivery and return of vehicles to and from garages.
- Infleet: Unloading vehicles (which I believe will be important in 2024 preparation of new fleet inventory and sending of documentation and keys to the agency etc. etc. etc.
- Defleet: Storage of vehicles in rows ordered by dates control of maintenance status report to Fleet managers of necessary presale repairs relationship with expert companies control of their activities loading trucks for final customers etc. etc. etc. etc.
- Direct and onsite relationship with cleaning supplier to maintain control over the pace of preparation of the necessary groups to the RAC and check that the lists of groups requested by the store are followed.
- Inventory and control of consumable materials (e.g. ADblue) and inventory (e.g. chains baby seat etc etc).
- Perform small repairs on spot without the need of workshops.
Requirements
What are we looking for in you
Knowledge of logistics
Advanced Excel level
Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics positions campas or mechanical workshops.
You must be a cheerful person detailoriented organized and eager to work as part of a team.
