We are currently searching for a Backend Engineer
Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain robust backend applications using Microsoft technologies. (Core function and technology focus)
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and work with MVC and MVVM architectural patterns. (Key technical skills and architectural knowledge)
- Utilize Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Visual Studio for development and version control. (Specific tools and processes)
- Design and work with database technologies including SQL and Microsoft SQL Server relational databases. (Key database technologies)
- Implement ObjectRelational Mapping (ORM) frameworks preferably Entity Framework. (Specific ORM experience)
- Apply excellent skills in understanding and implementing ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) principles and Design Patterns. (Fundamental programming skills)
- Develop and deploy applications on Azure Cloud with specific experience in API Manager and Azure AI services. (Cloud platform and specific services)
- Adhere to testing best practices and methodologies including Unit EndtoEnd and other relevant testing approaches. (Importance of testing)
- Follow application development documentation best practices. (Importance of documentation)
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. (Code quality and review process)
Requirements
- 7 to 9 years of experience in Backend Engineering. (Specific experience level)
- Expertise in Microsoft Technologies including C# .NET Core REST APIs MVC MVVM TFS and Visual Studio. (Core technical expertise)
- Experience with Database Technologies such as SQL and MS SQL Server relational databases. (Required database experience)
- Handson knowledge of ORM frameworks like Entity Framework. (Required ORM knowledge)
- Excellent skills in understanding and implementing OOP Design Patterns. (Required programming skills)
- Must have handson experience with Azure Cloud especially in API Manager and Azure AI services. (Crucial cloud experience)
- Adherence to Testing Best Practices and Methodologies (Unit EndtoEnd etc.. (Requirement for following testing practices)
- Adherence to Application Development Documentation Best Practices. (Requirement for following documentation practices)
- Experience in conducting Design and Code Reviews. (Required experience in code review)
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
