TASQ is hiring an onsite sales and marketing manager for a position in Makati.

Position: Sales and Marketing Manager (Bar & Lounge) Makati
Overview:
We are looking for an energetic sales and marketing manager to lead promotional activities and increase revenue for an upscale bar and lounge in Makati. This role is centered on creating a distinctive customer experience featuring retro music and an elegant atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract customers.
- Identify target audiences and customize outreach efforts.
- Create marketing materials and campaigns consistent with the brand identity.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve financial targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage digital channels including the website social media and email marketing.
- Create engaging content highlighting the venues retro music theme.
- Utilize digital tools and analytics to track and improve marketing performance.
- Plan and manage events and promotions to increase customer engagement and revenue.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth event .
- Evaluate event results and provide feedback for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven marketing and sales experience preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies tools and best practices.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms and social media.
- Creative with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with the Filipino consumer market is a plus.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing and sales experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
