The Opportunity
The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobes topexecutives and our three business units (the Creative Cloud Document Cloud and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on itsfast growth trajectory. We have played an active role in some ofAdobes boldest and most strategic decisions such as its wellpublicized transition to cloud and its expansion into a leadershipposition in Digital Marketing and Adobes positioning in the market around Generative AI.

What Youll Do
As a Corporate Strategy Manager you will join our highlyentrepreneurial team including alumni from management consultingfirms and experts in digital media and marketing. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of strategic topics such as developing product strategies assessing the impact of technological trends analyzing the competitive landscape determining Adobes future strategic positioning and crafting a perspective on market adjacencies including the strategies to pursue (e.g. build buy or partner). You will drive projects and crossfunctional initiatives aimed at accelerating Adobes longterm growth. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to support senior executives across the business as they tackle their most critical challenges providing you with invaluable insights into their decisionmaking processes. This positionoffers unparalleled senior executive exposure and is often the pathto unique operational and general management roles throughout thecompany!
What You Need to Succeed
Recently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 June 2025
34 years of proven track record of leading groundbreaking changewith increasing levels of responsibility ideally in managementconsulting consumer internet or SaaS strategy
Intellectual curiosity deep interest in the technology landscapeevolving trends and longterm horizon
Ability to build outsidein POV on market opportunities and drive clear implications and recommendations
Structured problem solver with ability to break down big difficultproblems into discrete elements
Hypothesis led problem solver with executive presence
Ability to influence senior crossfunctional stakeholders to take action
Strong analytical skills attention to detail verbal and writtencommunication skills
Experience leading teams and commitment to coaching / mentoring
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
