POSITION OVERVIEW:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of handling multiple largescale commercial drywall projects valued at $1MM each.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience managing multiple commercial drywall projects
Track record of successful $1MM project completion
Expert proficiency in OnScreen Takeoff and Quickbid
Strong understanding of commercial drywall systems
Excellent client relationship skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage multiple largescale commercial projects simultaneously
Oversee project budgets and schedules
Coordinate with general contractors and trades
Lead project teams and field personnel
Ensure project profitability and client satisfaction
Maintain strong client relationships
Manage project documentation and reporting
Coordinate with estimating team

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
