Job Description
This is for a part time evening position. The building is cleaned on Monday Wednesday and Friday nights for 1.5 hours a night. Start time is after 5:00pm.
Hourly pay rate: $15.00/hr (biweekly pay)

Responsibilities:
Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum walk behind floor scrubber and mopping systems)
Using various cleaning chemicals
Able to bend stand lift etc.
Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours
Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures
Clean and detail to customers satisfaction following closely to scope of work expected.
Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training)
Show up to location on time every time as scheduled
Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually
Able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Cleaning duties are but not limited to:
Basic commercial cleaning
Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
Detailing
Dusting and wet wiping
Trash removal
Bathroom cleaning
Supply stocking
Basic Qualifications:
High School and/or GED is encouraged
Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e. Office Medical Retail
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
