We are now Hiring for Summer Interns and a Manager in Training!
Advancement Programs:
- Professional Golf Management Internship (3 months or longer upon request)
- Food & Beverage Operations Internship (3 months)
- Club Operations Rotational Internship (3 months)
- Food & Beverage Manager in Training Program (1 year)
Compensation: Fulltime Seasonal with hourly pay Depending upon experience
Schedule: Flexible morning and evening shifts along with weekend shifts

Internship & ManagerinTraining Program Overview:
Our Internship and ManagerinTraining programs are designed for students and recent graduates eager to build a strong foundation in the hospitality industry. Each program offers immersive handson experience through rotational placements across key departments; along with leadership training mentorship and shadowing opportunities to foster growth and career development.
- Club Operational Rotational Internship Interns rotate through various club departments (membership services events housekeeping accounting/human resources and retail) to gain a comprehensive understanding of private club operations. The program includes leadership training shadowing senior managers and mentorship to develop valuable skills in team management customer relations and strategic operations.
- Professional Golf Management Internship Focuses on those with a passion for golf and hospitality this program offers rotations through golf operations pro shop management tournaments and member services. Interns will receive leadership training shadow golf professionals and gain experience in managing tournaments and events while learning the nuances of running a successful golf club.
- Food and Beverage Internship This program exposes interns to key food and beverage roles from service to kitchen management purchasing and guest relations. Interns will rotate through frontofhouse and heartofhouse operations learning about leadership in food service management menu design and member experience with opportunities for mentorship and shadowing experienced industry professionals.
- Food and Beverage ManagerinTraining (MIT) The MIT program is tailored for those looking to fasttrack their career in food and beverage management. Participants will rotate through various operational areas including restaurant service kitchen event setup and inventory control while receiving leadership development training and shadowing senior managers. MITs will also work on strategic projects gaining handson experience in managing a food and beverage operation.
Program Highlights:
- Rotations Across Departments: Gain a wellrounded understanding of the hospitality business by rotating through diverse operational areas within a department or across multiple departments
- Leadership Training & Shadowing: Develop leadership skills through formal training and direct mentorship from industry leaders.
- Mentorship & Networking: Build meaningful connections and receive career guidance from seasoned professionals in the hospitality sector.
- HandsOn Experience: Engage in realworld projects and challenges helping to shape your practical expertise in the industry.
These programs aim to cultivate the next generation of hospitality leaders equipping participants with the skills knowledge and networks to excel in various areas of club golf and food and beverage management.
Qualifications
Knowledge& Skill Requirements:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and /or ability required.
- Must be a Hospitality personality; hospitable approachable and personable. We are seeking someone to fit our culture!
- Leadership skills experience to showcase your initiative (Preferred not required)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Additionally must possess a basic knowledge of hospitality operations (May be of the game of golf or general food and beverage knowledge depending on program).
- Must be able to lift push and pull 2060 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate with people in a quick courteous and professional manner.
- Must be able to multitask.
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- A High School Diploma and/or GED are required.
- Enrolled in or graduate of a college or University
- Degree in progress or completed within a Hospitality program or PGM (Preferred but not required)
