- Answer dealership service phones greet and receive prospects and customers
- Work cooperatively with the service team
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Submit and track warranty claims with manufacturers and thirdparty providers.
- Ensure all required paperwork for claims is accurate and complete
- Adhere to manufacturer and dealership warranty policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned

- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
