I have a client in the Gainesville Commerce GA area that has an opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer. This position is an inoffice opportunity with other engineers and designers. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in discussing this role please click apply now.
In this role you will be working as a Mechanical Design Engineer for a client in the Manufacturing Industry. This position will be responsible for creating and developing submittal and fabrication drawings for products in Autocad and Inventor.
This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked onsite.
Requirements
- Desired but not required Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 years experience of proficient daily design and drafting in manufacturing fabrication and engineering
- Experience with producing Bills of Materials BOM as built and purchase orders
- Ability to do 3D design in Inventor and Autocad working from customer specs
- Open to experience in Revit and Solidworks
