Job Description
We are seeking compassionate responsible Childcare Supervision Staff to care for children (typically ages 012) while their parents participate in the program. This is a vital role that supports families by ensuring children are safe engaged and nurtured in a fun and structured environment.
What You Willing Be Doing to Make a Difference...
- Supervise and engage children in ageappropriate games crafts and activities
- Maintain a safe clean and supportive environment at all times
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with other childcare staff and report concerns to the program coordinator
- Support a culturally sensitive inclusive and respectful environment for all families
- Driving is required
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in a childcare educational or community setting
- Ability to create a warm safe and structured atmosphere
- Strong communication skills and a calm patient demeanor
