What Youll Be Doing:
Set up sterile surgical environments and prep equipment
Assist during a wide range of surgical procedures
Support patient positioning and pre/postoperative setup
Manage surgical instruments and supplies
Follow infection control protocols and confidentiality standards
What Were Looking For:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from an accredited program
23 years of OR experience in general ortho neuro cardiac OB/GYN or trauma surgeries
Strong communicator and team collaborator
Adaptable and dependable in dynamic clinical settings
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Assignment Details:
Facility Types: Outpatient surgery centers and specialty surgical clinics
Floating: May include Main OR or procedurespecific suites
OnCall: Rotating call availability may be required
Sample Procedures You May Assist With:
Cardiac & Vascular: CABG valve replacements AV fistulas
General & Laparoscopic Surgery
Orthopedic & Neurosurgery
OB/GYN Plastics Trauma Cases
