Early Morning Home Daily Route Driver - Class A CDL

Start/end daily with no weekends in Sioux Falls South Dakota!

You dont have a CDL but could get it quickly with some assistance Then we can help by doing paid onthejob training where we pair you up with another driver and get you as much handson experience as possible so that you can gain the skills to get your CDL and take over your own route!

Early AM Route Driver (4 days er week (MonFri; Tues or Wed off): This is a MondayFriday route working approximately 4045 hours per week starting and ending in Sioux Falls every shift. On Mon Thurs and Fri is a Twin Cities route leaving around 1:30am. Will have one regular route that starts between 3am 5am (depending on the route). You start in the morning picking up the packed trailer and follow the delivery route given. At each stop there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer requiring attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets. You then work with the customer on where to place their products get required signatures and develop relationships with these repeat customers. This position pays $1.50 more due to the early morning routes.

Regular Route Driver

This is a MondayFriday route working approximately 4045 hours per week starting and ending in Sioux Falls every shift. The route starts between 3am to 5am (depending on the route) at and will generally work 4 days per week but may pick up another day to help cover if necessary. You start in the morning picking up the packed trailer and follow the delivery route given. At each stop there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer requiring attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets. You then work with the customer on where to place their products get required signatures and develop relationships with these repeat customers.

Relief Driver (Pays an adl $23 incentive)

This is a critical position to help cover routes that need to be covered regardless of it is preplanned or unexpected. Will get trained on all routes to be able to cover on a moments notice for the unplanned coverages. This position could get a call in the middle of the night to come in to cover a route so is paid $23 more per hour than a regular route for the flexibility depending on your knowledge of routes and coverage availability. If you like variety and a challenge (and the extra pay) this job will fit you!

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs

Driver Requirements:

• 21 years of age as will cross state lines
• Current Class A CDL or ability to obtain within 3 months
• Have a good driving record

Required Education:

• High school or equivalent
