Title:Quality Inspector I Lamination
Reports To: Quality Supervisor
Shift: PM Shift: Sunday Wednesday / 4:00PM 2:30AM
Purpose of Position:
Improve overall Boston Whaler product quality by working closely with all Boston Whaler team members to drive quality at the source and minimize resources required to achieve manufacturing goals with optimal quality levels.

The pay range for this position is $21.95 $28.55 hourly.In addition to base pay a $1.00 lamination premium will be included. In addition to base pay a $2.00 night shift premium will be included. In addition to base pay a weekend premium of $3.00 will be included for any weekend day worked. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including jobrelated knowledge/skills relevant experience business needs and geographic location. In addition to base pay this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or shortterm incentive program.
