Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Grounds Crew team. This role is essential for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping with experience in using various tools and equipment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the upkeep of our grounds ensuring they are safe attractive and wellmaintained.
Responsibilities
Perform landscape maintenance including mowing trimming and edging lawns.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardscape features such as patios walkways and retaining walls.
Dig holes for planting trees shrubs and flowers as needed.
Conduct tree care activities including pruning and removal when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly store tools and equipment after use.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
Requirements
Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using power tools such as lawnmowers trimmers blowers and other landscaping equipment.
Ability to handle hand tools effectively for various tasks related to landscape maintenance.
Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of plant care landscape design principles and hardscape installation is a plus.
A willingness to learn new skills related to groundskeeping and landscape maintenance.
