To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Site Service Supervisor based out of our Service Centre in Hemel covering sites across the UK and occasionally Europe.
Reporting to the Site Service Manager the Site Service Supervisors role will be managing all aspects involved in the maintenance/installation works undertaken by the company including the managing/overseeing of equipment dispatched to site.
What a typical day looks like:
Completing the necessary certificates for handover to client and witness testing and associated documentation as required
Thermal imaging survey to be carried out using Fluke thermal imaging camera through the thermal grids where applicable
Monitoring the works and providing reports as necessary as to project status
Efficiently and effectively directing other employees/contractors engaged in works on behalf of the company
Interconnection/Testing/Commissioning of LV Switchgear
Without compromising quality health safety or the environmentEfficiently manage projects to maximize the profits of the company
Target zero harm to ultimately eliminate defects unsafe acts unsafe conditions and pollution
Conduct site inductions and task briefings as required
Ensure method statements are communicated understood acknowledged and followed
Completing records and certificates for handover to clients
Carrying out witness testing and provide associated documentation as required.
To efficiently supervise and control site works in hand to maximise the profits of the company without compromising quality health safety and environmental requirements
The experience were looking to add to our team:
The ideal candidate will have 5 10 years experience in a similar role must be selfmotivated enthusiastic and conscientious with a high standard of attention to detail. You must be able to work accurately to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment and demonstrate flexibility.
You will be an electrician ideally with proven knowledge and experience in LV Switchgear
You must have demonstrable experience in a management / supervisory role
Valid Manual Handling Awareness Certificate SSSTS cert ESC Card and UKATA Asbestos Awareness cert
Willingness and eligible to work in the UK and Europe (EU)
