Requirements
- You will be accountable for the smooth and effective operation of all customer research at Booksy.
- You will manage our research infrastructure ensuring we have the best tools and services in place and enabling access training and guardrails for their use.
- You will directly support nonresearchers with appropriate guidelines and protocols.
- You will support participant recruitment and incentives and ensure that we give our research participants a bestinclass experience.
- You will work with our legal team to ensure the highest standards of legal compliance privacy and ethics in research.
- You will lead our knowledge management effort to ensure that research and insights are consistently accessible useful and wellorganised.
