Role Summary
Global Platform Success Consultant (Customer/Reseller Facing)

Position Summary:Global Xvantage Platform Success Consultants (PSCs) work with PSMs and business leaders to transform the organization our customers and our vendors. PSCs are the face of our platform ensuring that our partners/vendors realize the differentiated experience and drive overall business transformation.

The main focus of the role is to identify key partner/vendor opportunity areas to leverage our platform and drive transformational adoption. PSCs leverage reporting relationships and strategic focuses to create and execute strategies that elevate the customer/vendor experience.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the expert on our platform offerings including X4C X4A and X4V their functionality and their application to our business customers and vendor partners.
Build relationships with assigned Country leaders associates and customer base.
Develop and execute proactive strategies to accelerate the adoption and growth of key platform functionalities and programs.
Optimize internal and external use of platforms and enable onboarding and engagement of new customers and vendor partners.
Contribute to a programmatic approach ensuring technology adoption outside the assigned customer base.
Set goals in partnership with Country leadership and take actions to achieve results.
Collaborate and liaise with other global teams.
Serve as the Voice of the Customer by continuously soliciting and presenting technology feedback.
Identify key partner/vendor opportunity areas to leverage the Xvantage platform and drive transformational adoption.
Leverage reporting relationships and strategic focuses to create and execute strategies.
Elevate the customer/vendor experience through platform adoption.
Set and achieve KPIs based on partner/vendor adoptions of the platform leading to overall growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
Provide feedback to improve platform features and functionalities.
Ability to travel a small percentage.
