Under the guidance of the Senior Manager you will coordinate the design and construction of the East Harbour Transit Hub project in GO Expansion Project Delivery in a safe timely consistent and costeffective manner.

Work Location:415 Eastern Avenue (Project site) and 130 Adelaide Street/ 10 Bay street (Office site)
What will I be doing
- Collaborate effectively within the East Harbour Transit Hub Alliance team fostering alignment across partners and ensuring coordinated delivery of project milestones
- Support schedule risk and finance teams by tracking key deliverables monitoring progress and facilitating timely decisionmaking.
- Liaise closely with the Owners Representative team and Metrolinx Sponsors Office to support project governance approvals and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including the City of Toronto utility providers and community partners to align infrastructure planning and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Metrolinxs standards procedures and project delivery requirements across all coordination activities.
- Organize project meetings by scheduling sessions preparing agendas and recording and distributing accurate meeting minutes.
- Transmit project correspondence design submissions and Owners directions through the Aconex system maintaining accurate and timely project records.
- Support proactive issue tracking and resolution by maintaining stakeholder action logs managing communications and supporting timely followup.
- Assist in preparing project reports presentations and briefing materials for internal and external audiences to support informed decisionmaking and transparency.
What Skills and Qualifications Do I Need
- A college diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or an equivalent combination of education training and experience providing a thorough knowledge of the theories and practices of engineering/architecture.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the planning design and construction of transit facilities or railway infrastructure projects including interpreting and applying contract plans and specifications and coordinating engineering or architectural deliverables within contracted projects.
- Knowledge of the theory principles and practices of civil engineering and architecture.
- Detailed knowledge of project management including cost control scheduling codes standards specifications corporate procedures and applicable contract legislation.
- Understanding of Railway Rules and Regulations and Safety & Operating procedures.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently and think analytically.
- Proficiency in the use of project management software and computer applications is essential.
- Have a valid Ontario G Drivers Licence for site visits.
- Regular site visits are required during working hours and occasional visits during evenings and/or weekends
