Job Description
As a Remote Solutions Engineer you will serve as a technical expert collaborating with sales and product teams to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions. Your role involves demonstrating product capabilities addressing technical inquiries and ensuring successful implementation of solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and solution designs.
Assist in the deployment and integration of solutions ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to customers during the implementation process.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a solutions engineering or similar technical role.
Strong understanding of software development and system integration.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
