Job Description
We are seeking a UX Research Manager to lead user research initiatives that drive product design and business decisions. This role involves managing a team of researchers shaping research strategy and collaborating closely with product design and engineering teams to ensure user insights are integrated throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead mentor and grow a team of UX researchers.
Develop and execute research strategies to inform product design.
Analyze user behavior through a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods.
Present findings and recommendations to crossfunctional stakeholders.
Ensure research practices align with user needs business goals and security protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters in HumanComputer Interaction Psychology or related field.
2 years of UX research experience with 2 in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of research methodologies usability testing and usercentered design principles.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
