Job Description
TASQ is looking for a senior analyst specializing in data visualization in Taguig.
The prescreening interview will be conducted by phone.
Position Overview: Data Visualization Senior Analyst (Taguig)
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field (computer science math or statistics) is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of data development experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in the BPO industry.
- Significant experience with data development specifically Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL is required.
- Experience with reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau is essential.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand objectives existing reports KPIs data sources and visualization requirements.
- Identify key business metrics and determine how to represent data to support them.
- Choose appropriate visualizations and create clear visually appealing dashboards.
- Build dashboards automated reports and templates using visualization tools primarily Looker BI but also Power BI QlikView Tableau and iDashboards as needed.
- Develop userfriendly interfaces for easy data theme identification.
- Train team members on data visualization best practices.
- Serve as the main contact for tool issues.
- Understand technical architecture to adapt to changes and new software.
- Work with end users to ensure results meet their requirements.
