Job Description
Role: Research Associate Mumbai
Experience: 5 years
Salary: Up to 15 LPA
Purpose of the Role: Support the research initiatives as a Junior Research Associate. Assist in the of research projects data collection and analysis within the Research Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Research Associates in the of research projects ensuring adherence to methodologies and ethical standards.
- Participate in data collection analysis and interpretation using statistical and qualitative methods.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to contribute to the identification of research needs and the design of research studies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and other communication channels for research findings.
- Stay informed about the latest research methodologies technologies and industry trends.
- Provide support in the development of research proposals protocols and data collection instruments.
- Collaborate with team members to manage relationships with external research partners academic institutions and industry experts.
- Participate in the ongoing learning and development activities within the Research Department.
Knowledge and Competencies:
- Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences Public Health or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Functional/Behavioral Competencies: Interest in research activities and commitment to learning; Effective communication and collaboration skills; Basic understanding of research methodologies and data analysis.
