Job Description
Role: Senior Research Associate Mumbai
Experience: 10 years
Salary: Up to 22 LPA
Purpose of the Role: Contribute to the research initiatives as a Senior Research Associate. Execute research projects analyze data and support evidencebased decisionmaking within the Research Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute research projects under the guidance of the Head of Research ensuring adherence to methodologies and ethical standards.
- Collect analyze and interpret data using statistical and qualitative methods providing valuable insights for womens development.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify research needs and contribute to the design of research studies.
- Prepare and present research findings through reports presentations and other communication channels.
- Stay updated on the latest research methodologies technologies and industry trends.
- Support the development of research proposals protocols and data collection instruments.
- Assist in managing relationships with external research partners academic institutions and industry experts.
- Participate in the mentorship and training of junior research staff contributing to the development of the research team.
Knowledge and Competencies:
- Education: Masters degree in a relevant field such as Gender Studies Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in executing research projects and data analysis.
- Functional Competencies: Strong analytical critical thinking and problemsolving skills; Effective communication and collaboration abilities; Continual learning and staying informed about the latest research methodologies and trends
