Looking for an onsite customer service representative role in Cebu City where you can use your Arabic and English fluency
The hiring process begins with a phone prescreening followed by two inperson interviews in Cebu Business Park during late afternoon/night hours.
TASQ is hiring immediately for this position which involves handling customer inquiries and/or doing sales about travel bookings via phone email and chat.
Key responsibilities include providing travel information assisting with reservations resolving issues and staying updated on industry trends.
Required qualifications include at least 2 years of BPO customer service experience (travel industry experience is a bonus) advanced communication skills in both languages and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
