Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families in need
Conduct assessments to determine the needs and strengths of clients
Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
Collaborate with other professionals such as therapists and healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care
Connect clients with community resources and services
Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of client progress and services provided
Participate in team meetings and case conferences
Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of work
Keep abreast of current social work practices and attend relevant trainings and workshops
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work
Valid state social work license
Previous experience in a social work role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to working with clients
Knowledge of community resources and services
Proficiency in electronic recordkeeping systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
