About the Role:
We seek a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist with a Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) certification to join our dynamic and supportive team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to helping patients regain independence and functionality wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Using evidencebased practices evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.

Develop customized treatment plans to improve function mobility and quality of life.

Work closely with physicians patients and caregivers to ensure optimal therapy outcomes.

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Educate patients on injury prevention and athome exercise programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification.

Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience.

Active and unrestricted Texas OT license.

Excellent communication documentation and time management skills.

Strong clinical reasoning and handson treatment abilities.
