Job Description

Were looking for a PartTime Recruiter to join our team on a flexible remote basis. If youre experienced in fullcycle recruitment and can manage sourcing screening and scheduling with minimal supervision we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:

  • Post and manage job listings using your own Indeed Employer account

  • Source screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements

  • Coordinate interviews and serve as the main point of contact for candidates

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and deliver qualified talent

  • Keep recruitment pipelines updated and organized

  • Share weekly progress updates and insights

What Were Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (agency or inhouse)

  • Must have access to a personal Indeed Employer account

  • Strong communication time management and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple open roles

  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets Excel or basic ATS systems

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience hiring for remote or international positions

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms or CRM tools

  • Background in industries like tech ecommerce customer service or BPO
