Job Description
Were looking for a PartTime Recruiter to join our team on a flexible remote basis. If youre experienced in fullcycle recruitment and can manage sourcing screening and scheduling with minimal supervision we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do:

Post and manage job listings using your own Indeed Employer account

Source screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements

Coordinate interviews and serve as the main point of contact for candidates

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and deliver qualified talent

Keep recruitment pipelines updated and organized

Share weekly progress updates and insights
What Were Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (agency or inhouse)

Must have access to a personal Indeed Employer account

Strong communication time management and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple open roles

Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets Excel or basic ATS systems
Bonus Points For:

Experience hiring for remote or international positions

Familiarity with ATS platforms or CRM tools

Background in industries like tech ecommerce customer service or BPO
