Responsibilities:
Answer and screen incoming phone calls
Provide administrative support to the team
Assist with the creation and editing of documents presentations and reports
Maintain and update databases and filing systems
Assist the Scheduling Manager with scheduling
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and phone calls
Assist with project management tasks such as tracking progress and deadlines
Conduct research on various topics as needed
Assist with hiring of staff
Assist the owner with specialprojects
Skills & Attributes:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Team player
Administrative experience in hiring or scheduling
Bookkeeping or accounting experience a plus
Ability to travel to Ames area on a very limited basis
Microsoft office knowledge
Pleasing phone voice
Ability to communicate effectively with clients & others
Outstanding customer service skills
Health care or home care experience is a plus
