Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2 & 3) to join our team in North Charleston South Carolina.
Boeing South Carolina (BSC) is searching for a Management Analyst who incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.
Position Responsibilities:
- Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions
- Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain
- Coordinates with company customer support representatives contract administration purchasingengineering quality assurance traffic warehousing suppliers and customers
- Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan
- Coordinates part number attributes
- Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system
- Releases and maintains orders
- Documents and resolves order delinquencies
- Reports schedule adherence issues
- Applies developed solutions to inventory plans
- Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories
- Initiates coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resourceavailability
- Ensures ontime delivery
- Optimizes inventory levels
- Analyzes and dispositions excess inventories
- Creates schedules for products and services
- Coordinates and supports process improvements
- Develops and implements new ordering methodologies
- Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies contractual requirements andgovernmental regulations
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 years of experience working in a position where priorities changed frequently and Customer Service was
- critical to the teams success
- 1 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management
- 1 years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources as well as interpreting data and
- presenting analysis and recommendations to management
- 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry 3 years of experience with ERPLN REDARS
- Ability to travel up to 10% during the work time
