Job Description

Supply Chain Management Analyst (Associate & Mid Level)

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2 & 3) to join our team in North Charleston South Carolina.

Boeing South Carolina (BSC) is searching for a Management Analyst who incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions
  • Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain
  • Coordinates with company customer support representatives contract administration purchasingengineering quality assurance traffic warehousing suppliers and customers
  • Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan
  • Coordinates part number attributes
  • Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system
  • Releases and maintains orders
  • Documents and resolves order delinquencies
  • Reports schedule adherence issues
  • Applies developed solutions to inventory plans
  • Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories
  • Initiates coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resourceavailability
  • Ensures ontime delivery
  • Optimizes inventory levels
  • Analyzes and dispositions excess inventories
  • Creates schedules for products and services
  • Coordinates and supports process improvements
  • Develops and implements new ordering methodologies
  • Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies contractual requirements andgovernmental regulations

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of experience working in a position where priorities changed frequently and Customer Service was
  • critical to the teams success
  • 1 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management
  • 1 years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources as well as interpreting data and
  • presenting analysis and recommendations to management
  • 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry 3 years of experience with ERPLN REDARS
  • Ability to travel up to 10% during the work time
