Easterseals PORT Health a nonprofit service provider is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to join our team. As a valued member of our team you will be responsible for responding to requests for assistance that come in for the ESPH information systems.
What Youll Do
The Service Desk Specialist is responsible for resolving inquiries and requests for the organizations information systems; responding over the phone electronically and in person on rotation. The Specialist is able to identify concerns categorize prioritize troubleshoot and provide stepbystep instructions to resolve those concerns and close out the tickets upon resolution. The Specialist also assists with inventory management maintaining user documentation and computer cloning/imaging when needed.
