Pharmacy Technician Instructor PT
Location: Lehi UT
Status: Parttime
Hours: Monday Thursday; 5:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m.
Pay/Salary: $24.09/Hour
Summary
Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals As a Pharmacy Technician Instructor you will play a vital role in equipping students with the knowledge skills and confidence they need to succeed in the pharmacy field. Reporting to the Director of Programs and Program Coordinator youll lead classroom and lab instruction guide handson learning and inspire future pharmacy technicians to uphold the highest standards of care. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by directly influencing student growth career readiness and community health outcomes.

What Youll Do:
As a Pharmacy Technician Instructor youll be at the heart of student success by:
- Designing and delivering engaging lesson plans aligned with the current pharmacy curriculum.
- Leading instruction from uptodate textbooks and teaching resources.
- Facilitating interactive lab sessions and ensuring students demonstrate competency in key skills.
- Managing classroom and lab supplies to create a fully equipped learning environment.
- Track daily attendance and provide monthly student performance evaluations.
- Coaching students oneonone through pharmacy competencies and skill validations.
- Teaching pharmacy software calculations pharmacology and pharmacy practice standards.
- Overseeing and mentoring students in handson lab activities that simulate realworld pharmacy settings.
- Demonstrating professionalism and serving as a role model in academic and clinical environments.
- Participating in staff meetings contributing to curriculum updates and performing other programrelated duties as needed.
What Were Looking For:
- Education Requirements: A high school diploma or the equivalent.
- Experience: At least three years of experience as a licensed Pharmacy Technician in Utah.
- Certification: A current National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word etc.) and Google Suite tools (Docs Sheets Slides etc.).
- Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in time management multitasking and organization to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities.
- Attention to Detail: Sharp problemsolving skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in daily tasks.
