Job Title: Project Manager cum Scrum Master
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager cum Scrum Master. This role requires a combination of strong project management expertise and deep understanding of Scrum principles to drive successful project delivery within an Agile framework.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Serve as both Project Manager and Scrum Master facilitating sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to prioritize and deliver highquality features and products on time.
- Coach team members on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.
- Identify and remove impediments to the teams progress to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Manage project scope timeline and budget and communicate project status and risks to stakeholders effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements as needed.
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Business Administration or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
- Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework roles and practices.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira Trello or Asana.
- Knowledge of software development processes and tools is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
