About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Assistant to join our Birmingham ICSsite.
We are looking for someone whos organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel in particular. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.
Your Mission at Elis
- Managing and follow up on customer queries and questions.
- Supporting on an internal service inbox
- Dealing with customer complaints and complaint resolution.
- Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
- Coordination and support Account Managers.
- Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
- Reactive renegotiation of accounts.
What will make you stand out
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Including Advanced Excel Skills.
- Customer and solution focused.
- Good attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and interpret the information effectively to continuously improve the department/team.
