Amazon Music is looking for a Senior Content Strategist. This role will primarily be responsible for building formatspecific content strategies coleading the Global Content Organizations (GCO) intake process in Europe evaluating inbound opportunities proactively developing and greenlighting new series and leading partnerships with music festival promoters. This role partners closely across the Amazon Music organization and accelerates goals by developing barraising programs which define and deliver on KPIs critical to achieving GCOs vision.
Key job responsibilities
Developing mechanisms to scale GCOs initiatives and facilitate the development of new formats and more content
Use their deep knowledge of core global content business objectives to develop programlevel strategies
Drive business and senior leadership reviews of this strategy and aligning crossfunctional teams toward this vision to effectively drive GCOs business objectives.
Lead negotiations and partnerships with festival promoters including the management of crossfunctional stakeholders
In partnership with the Data and Insights team develop strategic programlevel readout documents which outline content performance vs. ingoing objectives and develop forwardlooking recommendations
Define and oversee crosschannel content strategy and execution for priority programs including: KPI definition and optimization SOP definition for execution experimentation plan and results analysis reporting mechanisms best practices documentation playbooks definition and sharing.
Manage programlevel budget
Partner with global teams to share best practices and develop strategies for localization

Experience of business development partnership management or sourcing new business experience
Experience of developing negotiating and executing business agreements experience
Experience of developing original content
Music industry experience
Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
Bachelors degree or equivilant
Experience in online advertising or hightech products/services
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
