What youll do

As a NightValet Attendant youll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting ourguests:

• You will beresponsible for collecting and processing the Guest Laundry Dry Cleaning Pressing and Employees Uniforms to ensure our guests and employees receive nothing but the best experience.
• Though skillfully trained they never lose sight oftheir ultimate reasonability to create lifelong memories for our guests.
• Our Night Valets provide shoeshine service to ourguests using high quality products
• Our Night Valets are responsible for seamlessservice attention to details packing and unpacking quality checking ofgarments room moves and being flexible during their shift. This will includewashing face clothes rags for Housekeeping and employee uniforms.
• Sometimes our guests have special requests; thisinvolves special setups for guest rooms Valet storage items to be deliveredor to be placed back after guest has left the hotel.
• Our Night Valets must communicate with otherdepartments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains. OurNight Valet will directly report to the Night Duty Managers
• Youll also show flexibility and creativity indealing with guests special requests or any challenges that may arise duringthe night
• Our Night Valet will hand over to the morning shiftand will receive hand over from the evening shift also
• Our Night Valet to carry out specific Housekeepingrequests and task as and when required ( delivery of housekeeping itemscleaning rooms or public areas) during the night

Theoperational hours of work are shiftbased and may be subjected to change. Thesecurrently set as:

Monday toSunday: 23.00pm 07.30am

Essential Skills and Experience

• Attention to detail: You need to be careful whenhandling clothes to make sure everything is neat clean and in good condition.
• Teamwork: You will work with other staffmembers so its important to help each other and work well together.
• Time management: You need to keep track of timeand make sure tasks are completed on time.
• Organizational skills: You should be able to keepdifferent types of laundry items in the right place and return them to guestson time.
• Basic knowledge of laundryprocesses:Training will be provided but you should understand the basics of cleaningclothes (washing ironing and folding).
