Are you ready for a change of pace or looking to step into a leadership role at a bustling larger venue Raffles Hotel is searching for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to help lead our dynamic and talented team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled manager to thrive in an autonomous role within a wellestablished and growing group.
As Assistant Venue Manager youll work closely with the Venue Manager to orchestrate the daytoday operations of our multifaceted venue. Were in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing largecapacity venues adept at team leadership and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.

Essential requirements:
- 2 years of Management experience in a similar venue
- Experience working in a fastpaced Food & beverage venue
- Strong Beverage knowledge
- Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods including late nights and weekends
- Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
- Hold a current Approved Managers license
