As a Senior Account Executive (MidMarket) youll be a trusted partner to medium businesses with up to 500 employees helping them navigate digital transformation by leveraging HubSpots entire product suite. Your role will include:
Developing New Business Identifying and engaging with potential customers through proactive and outbound sales strategies.
Consultative Selling Understanding customer needs and delivering tailored product demonstrations.
Building Executive Relationships Engaging seniorlevel decisionmakers to drive strategic conversations.
Managing a Pipeline for Success Tracking and growing your sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
Collaborating Across Teams Partnering with marketing customer success solution engineering and tech teams to create the best customer experience.
3 years of quotacarrying SaaS sales experience preferably working with medium businesses
A consultative sales approach with experience navigating complex sales cycles ideally with multiple products.
Strong experience in outbound prospecting and generating new business.
Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with senior decisionmakers.
A customerfirst mindset ensuring their success is at the heart of your approach.
A growth mindset with a passion for learning adapting and developing in a dynamic environment.
