Job Description

Are you passionate about helping organizations harness the transformative power of generative AI Do you want to play a pivotal role in shaping how businesses worldwide adopt and benefit from leading AI technology AWS is leading the democratization of machine learning and were looking for a senior product marketer to bring to life how AWS is helping our customers overcome challenges and realize the potential of gen AI for their business.



Key job responsibilities
Define positioning and messaging for the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center a group of scientists and strategists with deep AI expertise that guide customers across the full AI lifecycle from ideation to enterprisewide adoption.
Lead key moments and milestones that deliver momentum for AWS generative AI showcasing how our customers are delivering value on AWS. Build a cohesive narrative to support these moments in time and work crossfunctionally to align resources and support.
Own development and delivery of core sales enablement assets to support the Generative AI Innovation Center
Work closely with the Generative AI Innovation Center leaders strategists and scientists to understand the adoption journey AWS AI customers are going through and translate these insights into a compelling storytelling.
Craft differentiated messaging and content strategy (e.g. thought leadership articles first call decks presentations whitepapers infographics webinars etc.) in partnership with integrated marketing.
Establish the right metrics and KPIs that will measure marketing effectiveness optimize programs for maximum impact and help continuously iterate on existing marketing assets.

A day in the life
As a Product Marketing Manager for AWS AI you will work closely with the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center to unearth insights and raise visibility for the organizations deep expertise and successful customer engagements. You will work handinhand with other marketers strategists and scientists to build barraising content and drive awareness and engagement across multiple channels. We all have a bias for action for developing awesome marketing assets (e.g. website videos success stories blogs presentations print collateral sales enablement tools etc.). We look for ways to measure the impact of our work on the business and perception. We transition from working on strategic plans or creative ideation to detailed execution multiple times per day. We all work together on a rapidly growing business and have a big impact every day

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience leading gotomarket for consumer software or hardware product launches
6 years of product marketing experience developing compelling differentiated messaging content and positioning

Experience with customer segmentation profiling and targeting
Experience creating and managing complex crossteam project plans

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
