Direct and provide social services to meet the facility residents psychosocial needs.

Successful Candidates:
MSW preferred will consider candidates with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work
Experience in medical social work required
Experience in a postacute or skilled nursing facility a plus!
Rate: $70000$85000.00/year Bonuses
