Job Description

Burrow Global has an immediate need for a Sr. I&E Designer for an Oil and Gas company located in downtown Houston.

These positions will be focused on brownfield capital projects that are associated with the clients oil and gas and petrochemical facilities in the USA.

Daily duties include:

  1. Updating P&ID redlines for Control scope.
  2. Markup and creating Instrument Location Plans
  3. Creating and updating Electrical Area classification drawings
  4. Creating and update facility Key plans
  5. Generating Instrument datasheets
  6. Updating instrument installation details
  7. Creating cable conduit schedules
  8. Designing cable tray and conduit system and routing
  9. Developing construction scope documents
  10. Developing construction plans
  11. Supporting Loop checks and startup activities
  12. Maintaining As Built documents and project signoff.
  13. Creating and maintaining instrument Index.
  14. Verify Loop drawings.

Candidates should have an associate degree or bachelors degree in drafting or engineering and have at least 710 years of electrical and instrumentation design experience.

Experience with Autocad and CadWorx is required.

Experience with ICS Triplex Honeywell Triconex and Allen Bradley PLC is preferred.
