Two Maids & A Mop Houston is hiring!

We are looking for employees who:

Two Maids & A Mop Houston promise the following to our employees:

Things you want to know:

1. We clean houses in 2person teams using our Two Maids systems products and equipment

2. Pay is based on performance but will average from $13$15/hour. This does not include tips you may receive and the bonuses we have.

3. We promote from within and have quarterly celebration. Our employees are very important to us .

4. You must bring a positive attitude to work

5. You must have a valid drivers license and a vehicle that is insured and well taken care of. We dont care if it is 100 years old as long as it is maintained clean and not rusted.

6. We reimburse for on the job mileage

7. You must pass a background check. We are a trusted company.

8. We work on Monday Friday between 7:45 am to 5:00 pm. No Weekends! No Holidays!!

9. We wear dryfit shirts that are too comfortable and cute pink for ladies!

10. Part Time to Full Time position available. We want you to be successful in this career.

As a Professional House Cleaner you will be traveling to our customers homes as part of a team to perform routine and specific tasks as assigned. As a Professional House Cleaner you will be responsible for providing top quality work and customer service to our customers through various tasks and communications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes mileage reimbursement paid training all of your supplies and equipment and various awards and incentives.
